As the state-wide advocacy group for early education & after school programs, MADCA has successfully fought for the interests of private community-based early education programs and our early education workforce.

Over the past four years, we have worked with Legislative Leaders to dramatically increase Rates of Reimbursement targeting early educator compensation & program quality

There is so much more to do in helping this field advance and we are stronger as a field when we work together.
