William J. Eddy is Executive Director of the Massachusetts Association of Early Education and Care. As Executive Director, Mr. Eddy oversees the day-to-day operations of the association and works with a Board of Directors to develop and implement a strategic plan for the organization. He is a graduate of Worcester State College, with a Masters Degree from the University of Massachusetts. Mr. Eddy formerly served as an elected City Councilor in the City of Worcester, where he resides with his wife and two children.

Sharon Fileccia MacDonald serves as the Director of Member Services for MADCA. She brings twenty years of experience teaching and administering educational programs for children ages four weeks to 18 years. She is a graduate of St. Joseph University in Philadelphia and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Non-Profit Management at Worcester State College. In addition to working for MADCA, Sharon is the Director of Programs at the Guild of St. Agnes, working with their early education and school age programs in Worcester County.
